Description of Programs
|
|
1. An introduction to recreational fishing, including aquatic ecology, fish identification, tackle and techniques, good places to fish, fish cookery, laws and regulations, sportsmanship, and safety.
2. Graduation is followed by a fishing outing organized by CARE
