Master Plan 2002 The Master Plan 2002 was adopted by the Planning Board on October 23, 2002. This is the current City Master Plan. This Plan, which includes a General Land Use Plan Map, Citywide Policies Report, and Neighborhood Plans, supercedes all previous Master Plan and Master Plan Amendments.
