Please obtain this permit form from the Cashiering & Permitting Department, 1st Floor Government Center.

This is a multi-part form which requires various signatures depending on the event. The Office will review the calendar for space availability. If space is available on the date requested the applicant is required to complete the Building Use application and obtain the signatures below in order. When application is completed and signed it is returned to the Supervisor, Cashiering & Permitting who will determine permit costs. When permit costs are paid permits will be issued.

Signatures will be needed to reserve a school building. Please consult with the Cashiering & Permitting Office because you will need some or all of the following depending on the event:
